Here's a break-up of the BUILD-SCULPT-BURN system that you will be following:

Phase 1 – BUILD (lasts four weeks): Here, you will initiate and ease your body into this fitness program with some easy exercised at first, which will progressively get more demanding. The workout will comprise “foundational fixer” core exercises and metabolism-enhancing techniques, which will help burn the belly flab. I found this is to be a good phase with me feeling very fit after every workout.

Phase 2 – SCULPT (lasts 4 weeks): Here the workouts get more intense with the introduction of more advanced ab sculpting exercises.

Phase 3 – BURN (lasts 4 weeks): This final phase focuses on full body exercises and high intensity training to get the abs to appear fully..



What you need: What is great about this program is that there is no professional equipment that I needed to buy to work with it. All you need to do with this program are a bench or chair and a stability ball. No fancy gym equipment is required so you can work out from home.

Time required: You would need to spend 20 minutes approximately on each workout. So in all, you would be working out three times a week for 20 minutes each.

The Plus Side

There are several positives to the Amazing Abs Solution that stand out.
